The position�s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Business Integration department of MemorialCare. Assists in scheduling and coordinating project and department meetings. Assists in project initiation and planning by helping to create project management tools.Follows up with project team members to support the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.Supports general administrative needs of department. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

  1. Project Team Support

    1. Actively participate in the planning and implementation of key business initiatives

    2. Assist department with project action items follow ups with team members

    3. Scheduling meetings and conference calls with team members

    4. Preparing meeting packets and/or presentations

    5. Participating in meetings and taking minutes

    6. Updating project plans and other project management tools

    7. Other project support

  2. Provide general administrative support, including toolkit management

  3. Understand and apply analytical and research methods related to business initiative reporting needs

  4. Maintain patient and project confidentiality at all times

  5. Maintain a safe and orderly work area

  6. Ability to be at work and be on time

  7. Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and directives

  8. Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner

  9. Ability to prioritize and multitask 

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), Word processing (Word), and Graphical (PowerPoint).
  • Must be well-organized and able to work independently, with ability to maintain and prioritize regular workload and special projects/assignments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization while exhibiting strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Must be service-oriented, with sensitivity to campus level/customer needs.
  • Analytical skills


  • Bachelor�s degree in process or completed, preferably in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other related field preferred.
