Front Office Team Leader - FT/Days - Fountain Valley

Position SummarySupports leadership in coordinating and facilitating the Front Office Operations of the clinical site(s) as assigned.

Essential Job Outcomes

  • Float to Front Office positions as needed.
  • Be a role model and resource for Front Office functions.
  • Train employees to role specific responsibilities.
  • Problem solve any financial reconciliation issues.
  • Prioritize, organize, and use resources to problem solve to logical conclusion.
  • Escalate employee issues to appropriate Management resource.
  • Responsible for the security, safety, and cleanliness of all department work areas; escalate any areas of concern.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, implement countermeasures and escalate to appropriate Management resource as needed.
  • Perform any additional or miscellaneous duties as requested by the management team within the scope of knowledge and ability.
  • “Other duties as assigned”.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. • One (1) year minimum in medical field preferably in an ambulatory care environment.


• High School graduate or equivalent required.

• AA or BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider.
