The Director of Cardiovascular (CV) Clinical Operations reports directly to the Executive Director of Cardiovascular services and is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all clinical programs associated with the Cardiovascular Service Line. This individual is accountable for the performance of the Cardiovascular Service Line by building a cohesive team with the cardiac services divisions and establishing a positive working relationship with the medical staff sufficient to encourage volume growth, efficient patient care processes, quality clinical outcomes, and information systems necessary to support reliable outcomes reporting.
Pay Range: $158,121.60 - $237,203.20
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Requirements:
- Valid California RN license; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Describe other special conditions of employment that apply to this position: B.S.N. (masters preferred)
- 5+ years clinical Cardiovascular Nursing experience
- Clinical Information Systems experience
- TJC and Title 22 knowledge
- Radiation safety practices
- Minimum of 5 years current cardiovascular administrative experience; demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular nursing.
- Computer knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience to include program development, marketing, business planning and financial accountability
