Purpose Statement / Position Summary:
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Saddleback Medical Center. The employee shall support Saddleback Medical Center's strategic plan and participate in and advocate performance improvement/patient safety activities.
This position functions under the Supervisor of Building Services and performs a variety of duties in the painting trade. Specifically, this position will be responsible for: Patching, Painting, Wall Repairs, and Surface Damage. Lastly, this position will provide support services to all departments within the Saddleback Medical Center Campus.
Experience:
List the minimum experience, skills, knowledge and abilities required to do the job.
' Minimum six (6) months experience in painting or another related field preferred
' Knowledge of painting and wall finishing methods
Education
List the education licensures or certifications preferred or required to do the job.
' High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
' Certification in related field preferred
' California Driver's License required
' Vehicle Insurance required
