The Rehabilitation Inpatient Liaison is responsible for the linkage between the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) with referral sources, patients/family members, insurance providers, internal and external stakeholders. This includes a commitment to excellence in customer services and an understanding of IRF resources and services available within LBMC and the community. The liaison proactively reaches out to healthcare professionals to ensure that the needs of referral sources, patient/family members, visitors, and insurance providers are being met. Provide excellent customer service. Ability to partner with case managers, insurance providers, physicians, nurses/therapists, utilizaiton review and other healthcare professional.
Pay Rate: $48.00/hr.
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist (Pathologist) required. Minimuim 4 years clinical experience. Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation is preferred.
