Position Summary

MemorialCare Medical Group is looking for an experienced and compassionate Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology practice located on the MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center campus. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience practicing full-scope midwifery. Our midwives manage and care for patients during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and interconceptual periods.

Experience

• At least two (2) years of full-time experience as a full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife is required

Education, Licensures, and Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-midwifery program
• Masters of Science, Nursing
• ACNM Board Certification (American College of Nurse-Midwives)
• California RN, Nurse Midwife, and Furnishing Licenses
• DEA certificate
• BLS certification
• Midwives must recertify every 5 years through AMCB and must meet specific continuing education requirements
