Position Summary

The primary objective of the position is to independently build the strategy of the various patient journeys within the customer relationship (CRM), lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms (MAP). This role will independently develop high-quality and personalized communications within the CRM that drive engagement and conversion through data-driven optimization. This includes building email campaigns, segmenting target audiences, and reporting out metrics that align to the strategic goals and objectives of our campaigns. This role will help develop personalized experiences that bring value to our patients and increase the lifetime value of care to the health system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Strategically build and optimize CRM/MAP campaigns through enhancing lifecycle journeys, automation flows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Independently manage marketing automation campaigns end-to-end, including developing emails, QA, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
  • Leverage data to generate insights and identify trends and meet with senior leaders to present and make recommendations for ongoing and future program improvements.
  • Meet with teams across the organization to ensure CRM and analytics strategies are integrated with our systems to enable data-drive reporting, dashboards, and attribution to be reported out to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent campaign delivery through process and project management.
  • Collaborate independently with directors to strategize and execute personalized and targeted communication strategies based on behavior and demographic segmentation.
  • Independently develop and implement evergreen nurture programs that support long-term engagement and awareness –leading and developing the entire process from start to finish.
  • Independently oversee campaign timelines, tasks, and resources for campaign execution without follow up from their director and presenting updates to senior leaders on status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, timing, and engagement metrics.
  • Proactively meet with senior leaders to develop strategy, in partnership with Director of CRM, to plan continuous improvement efforts that drive marketing and CRM goals.
  • Serve as a collaborative partner across departments and with senior leaders, proactively identifying needs, recommending solutions, and delivering reliable support.
  • Monitor and report on key CRM & campaign performance metrics, presenting and delivering actionable insights to key leaders.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation operations.
  • Proficiency in Eloqua (or related marketing automation tool).
  • Experience with a customer relationship management platform (WebMD IGP, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in CRM/campaign metrics and reporting
  • Proven ability to own calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in Monday.com a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience in the health care industry and connecting CRM with Epic

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, communications
