Position Summary

This position is responsible for administering the Leave of Absence/FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, Workers compensation, STD and LTD programs in accordance with company policy, federal and state laws.This includes resolving issues and acting as Subject Matter Expert in Leave of Absence/FMLA, STD and LTD.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Must have 3-5 years of FMLA/Leave of Absence (LOA) experience
  • Must be organized and possess the ability to document files accurately
  • Computer Proficient in Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft desired
  • Effective in oral and written communication
  • Effective multitasking skills in a high volume, fast paced, team-oriented environment
  •  

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • High School graduate required
  • Associate degree or two year of college preferred
  • CEBS designation desired
