Pay Range*: $50.90/hr. – $73.80/hr.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist position is primarily responsible for providing rehabilitation services, but is also responsible for providing all aspects of physical therapy services, including but not limited to screening, examination, evaluation, care planning, treatment, reassessment, discharge planning and education to adults through geriatric patients.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Communicates effectively with all the disciplines involved in the patients’ care to facilitate a better understating of each patient’s status and to effectively provide essential information to other disciplines or staff members.
  • Completes charting and billing daily.
  • Manages time to complete all daily tasks.
  • Establishes goals and a plan of care in collaboration with patient and family.
  • Ability to be at work and be on time.
  • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • One-year clinical physical therapy experience required. In lieu of this experience, consideration will be made for staff with strong education and associated experiential background.
  • Knowledge of applicable Title 22 regulations, JCAHO standard and Physical Therapy Practice Act regulations.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Current CA Physical Therapy License
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support Card
