Position Summary

The Manager, Clinical Integrated Network will facilitate, manage and execute on responsibilities related to our Clinically Integrated Network as it functions across the health-system, working in support of the Executive Director of the CIN and Executive Sponsors.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

Key duties include day-to-day planning and execution on key system-wide CIN initiatives including:

  • Data Analytics: Responsible for partnering with CIN Analyst/developer developing the CIN business case metrics, understanding physician quality data and financial data for each physician as well as system-wide reports.
  • Project Management: Ensure the successful execution of projects and consistently meeting deadlines. Identify resource needs for projects. Provide timely updates of project progress and delays.
  • Care Redesign: Analyze workflows, work with care redesign teams to recommend improvements, and project manage interventions to successful completion
  • Physician engagement: Provide positive, professional communication with physicians, daily management and administration of the CIN physician incentive programs and corresponding payments
  • Budget: Review financial reports and monitors spending to ensure that budget goals are met, gainsharing/incentive tracking
  • Administrative: Coordinate schedules and meetings for CIN team, administrative support of CI program physician Board and committee meetings, PowerPoint presentation preparation & presentation skills
  • Other evolving duties as assigned

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Collaborates in a team environment to produce positive outcomes; demonstrates the ability to influence, delegate, direct and collaborate with all levels.
  • 1 year leadership experience
  • Flexibility and high tolerance for ambiguity for working in the “white space” development of clinical integration and population health initiatives
  • Proficient analytical skills; understands how data can be used effectively to change processes
  • Demonstrated skills and understanding of high reliability and Lean design
  • Proficient level with Microsoft Office tools including excel. Familiarity with data analytic tools i.e. CDB, ODB, SG2, Strata
  • Professional communication and collaboration with physicians, executives, operational leaders, teams in multiple departments and service lines
  • Strong critical thinking and detail oriented
  • Strong presentation skills and program education
  • Familiarity with DRGs, ICD10 codes and other cost accounting codes preferred
  • Lean experience preferred

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • BA/BS degree in healthcare or business related field
