The Central Processing Technician is primarily responsible for providing support to the Operating Room through knowledge of surgical supplies and materials. The Central Processing Technician is responsible for the daily case supply picking. This position is accountable for the support of the effective PAR level maintenance.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. •        Two (2) years acute care experience in Surgical Services required. In lieu of this experience, consideration will be made for staff with strong healthcare education and associated experiential background.

•        Knowledge of aseptic techniques

•        High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
