Position Summary:
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO of the health system. This role drives executive-level priorities, ensures organizational alignment, and enhances the effectiveness of the CEO by managing critical initiatives, facilitating decision-making, and coordinating communication across clinical, operational, and administrative functions. The Chief of Staff acts as an integrator, problem-solver, and liaison between senior leaders, physicians, external partners, and the Board.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Experience working in a complex health system, academic medical center, or large multi-hospital environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive-level leaders.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Licensure/Certification:
