Position Summary
The primary objective of this position is to independently report, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing decisions and performance. This role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analyses that measure campaign effectiveness, market opportunities, consumer behavior, and service line key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will support reporting needs of all marketing tactics (including paid search, SEO, email, lead generation, website, social media, etc).
This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the department to understand business questions, develop data-driven hypotheses, and deliver meaningful insights through reporting and visualization tools.
Additionally, this position will work closely with Information Systems (IS), Decision Support (DS) and cross-functional partners to gain access to extract, transform, and load data to enable actionable insights. The department has started data integration work to bring in disparate data sources to one source of truth, but until then, this person will start off project managing data sources from many different places and supporting the data integration.
This person would also collaborate closely with our partner agencies supporting paid media, web analytics, and search engine optimization, to gather data, validate reporting, and drive optimizations in support of our broader marketing program.
Projected breakdown of roles and responsibilities:
60-70% recurring reporting and dashboard development
20-30% ad hoc analysis/business questions
10-20% data integration/project management
This role reports to the Director, CRM & Analytics on the Digital Team and will work closely with other teams (Service Line, Brand/Partnerships, Communications & Public Relations, Marketing).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Independently develop, maintain, and enhance recurring marketing performance dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into campaign, channel, service line, and department KPIs and support ongoing stakeholder reporting needs.

Analyze campaign performance across all marketing channels (paid media, SEO, website, email, etc.) and present insights, trends, and recommendations that support optimization and future marketing strategies.
Utilize Snowflake and other enterprise data sources to develop scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations (PowerBI) that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Validate and audit data within Snowflake and other reporting systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and reliability across reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Communicate the relationship between marketing performance and business outcomes, including lead generation, patient acquisition, utilization, revenue, and return on investment.
As part of the ‘marketing engine’, respond to ad hoc business questions by conducting exploratory analyses, identifying trends, testing hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Translate complex data into clear and actionable presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries, and confidently present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Independently manage reporting projects from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate independently with IT, data teams, and external partners to acquire, validate, and integrate data necessary for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Partner independently with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners (paid media, web analytics, SEO) to validate performance data, reporting methodologies, and measurement strategies.
Project manage data requests, reporting enhancements, and analytics initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, defining requirements, tracking milestones, and communicating progress

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
Required:
4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated experience developing executive, stakeholder, and campaign performance reporting.
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
Experience working with digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid media, website analytics, SEO, email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Ability to manage multiple reporting projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare industry, including healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, or service line analytics.
Experience working with WebMD Ignite Growth Platform, Epic, healthcare data sources, or healthcare attribution and reporting methodologies.
Experience integrating and reconciling data from multiple sources to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, or business intelligence platforms.
Experience with project management and workflow management platforms such as Monday.com.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
