Pay Range*: $47.28 to $76.51
Bonus: $10,000 signing bonus available to external hires new to MHS employment, contingent upon satisfaction of employment requirements.

Position Summary
The experience RN, Registered Nurse provides safe, cost-effective patient care through the health experience, according to established standards utilizing the nursing process, within the scope of practice of Registered Nursing, for Invasive Cardiology (Cath Lab) at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center.
This RN will be responsible to circulate and scrub all procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, 10-hour shifts, Mon-Fri with On-Call after hours, weekends and holidays.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- Two years Critical Care Nursing experience preferred
- One year Cath Lab, Vascular Lab and/or EP Lab experience preferred.
- Completion of pre-employment drug screening.
- Completion of pre-employment criminal background reference check.
- Completion of pre-employment health evaluation including TB screening and annual or bi-annual re-evaluation as indicated by Employee Health.
- One-year minimum experience in pediatric and/or women’s hospital preferred.
- The RN must be able to comply with every other weekend work commitment as well as be available to work and be scheduled any day of the week.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- BSN required unless waived by nurse executive council review.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program unless otherwise approved by the Nursing Executive Council (NEC).*
- *Approved accrediting bodies include: ACEN and CCNE others must be approved by NEC.
- California Registered Nursing (RN) License required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Card required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Card required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Card required
