Within that context, directs, controls and is accountable for assigned LBMC Service Lines and programs (Joint ReplacementCenter,SpineProgram, Neurosurgery and [select] Neurology services)withintheMemorialCareOrthopedicandSpineInstitute[MOSI] and MemorialCare Neuroscience Institute (MNI) incollaborationwith their physician and nursing triad partners across the integrated and matrixed service line model. Develops long and short-term business strategies and oversees operational implementation. Manages the design, structure, development and planning issues within scope of direction. Responsible for leadership of assigned service line strategies, identification and implementation of program / physician / business development initiatives, and directing select business and operational functions as determined by COO/CSO... Responsible for maintaining and growing the profitability of the service line area(s).
