Base Salary Range*: $687,000 to $767,000
*The salary range shown above is an estimated annual base salary for a full-time position and an estimated total compensation (base plus productivity and value-based incentive at 14,000 wRVU). Our compensation models utilize fair market value data specific to your specialty.
MemorialCare Medical Group is recruiting for a board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to work remote daytime and evening shifts for our Radiology department at Long Beach Medical Center. MemorialCare Radiology is a subspecialized group of MemorialCare Medical Group-employed Radiologists serving a level 2 trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and Todd Cancer Institute. Our innovative, collegial, and highly respected practice consistently delivers exceptional services to our hospitals, referring physicians, and patients.
Practice Details
Full-time, employed position with MemorialCare Medical Group
Can be hybrid, or fully remote
Work schedule:
One of five radiologists working in a standard 5-week schedule rotation with regular coverage from 11:00 am until midnight.
Shifts:
2 Standard shifts (15 times per year):
8-hour block between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm
Start time may vary up to 7:00 am depending on volumes/PTO
One Intermediate Shift (11 times per year):
2:00 pm-8:00 pm for 5 weekdays
One Short Shift (11 times per year):
8:00 pm-12:00 am for 5 weekdays
6:00 pm-12:00 am for Saturday & Sunday
Followed by 7 days off
Time off:
11 weeks following Short Shifts
4 additional weeks of PTO
Moonlighting opportunities for additional pay
StatRad coverage 12:00 am-7:00 am (8am on weekends)
State-of-the-art equipment, Carestream PACS system, EPIC RIS, 24 x 7 IT and reading room assistant support
Cover Long Beach Medical Center/Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital Long Beach with excellent Medical Staff support, growth mindset and subspecialized expertise
